The Jewish holidays are listed below with calendar dates for both the secular year (2007-2008) and the Jewish year (5768). Jewish holidays begin and conclude at sundown. For example, Shabbat begins every week at sundown on Friday evening and concludes at sundown on Saturday evening.
We encourage you to experience Shabbat and the Jewish holidays. Our local Reform congregations welcome your participation in their Shabbat and annual holiday celebrations, as well as in adult learning programs. Please contact a Reform synagogue in your area for additional information about worship services, programs or membership. |
